Orders

All orders placed through this website are subject to product availability. Placing an order does not guarantee stock — we will confirm availability when your order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Samoan Tala (WST) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of order placement.

Payment

Payment is made in cash at the time of pickup at our Apia store. No online payment is required or accepted. You must bring the full amount in cash when collecting your order.

Pickup

Orders must be collected during store business hours. We will hold your order for 7 days after notifying you that it is ready. Uncollected orders may be cancelled and stock returned to inventory.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been marked as ready for pickup. To cancel, please contact us by phone or in person. We reserve the right to cancel orders where stock is unavailable or pricing errors have occurred.

Limitation of Liability

The Color Shop is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the products sold. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered.
